1. Online Presentation See all functions of ROGSI/DMS and how it works. Depending on the number of participants you can use a monitor or a projector. The ROG consulting guides you to all functions and answers all your questions. All you need on your side is a PC with internet connection. 2. Online Support This kind of support allows the technical support team to „look into your system“. It is much easier to answer your question or show „how to do“. Our support teams also train new user in a simple kind of training. To use this function, you must first download the application Netviewer  . When we start the presentation you have to start the application and enter a unique key for that key (will be given by us).
